Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized umbrellas?

A: The minimum order quantity for regular customized umbrellas is 500 pieces; for high-end customization/special processes (such as special fabrics, frames, printing), the minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces.
If you need samples, we can provide a small number of sample services. The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order.

Q2: How long is the customization cycle and delivery time approximately?

A: For regular orders: After confirming the order and receiving the advance payment, the production cycle is about 15-25 days;
For special processes/high-difficulty customization: about 25-35 days;
Urgent orders can be prioritized for production, and the fastest can be completed within 10 days (additional communication is required to confirm production capacity).

Q3: What can be customized?

A: We support full-process customization, including:

• Umbrella surface printing: logos, patterns, texts, supporting processes such as silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, digital printing, etc.
• Umbrella type customization: straight-rod umbrellas, folding umbrellas, golf umbrellas, reverse umbrellas, etc.
• Material customization: umbrella surface (nylon taffeta, PG cloth, black-coated sun-resistant fabric), umbrella ribs (glass fiber, metal), handles (rubber, wood, plastic)
• Packaging customization: color boxes, OPP bags, customized gift boxes, which can be printed with the customer's brand information

Q4: Can you provide sample-making services?

A: Yes. We support sample-making services. The sample-making cycle is about 3-7 days. The sample-making fee is charged according to the process difficulty. The sample-making fee can be fully deducted when the bulk order reaches a certain quantity.

Q5: What international certifications do your products support?

A: Our umbrella products can provide:

• EU CE certification
• REACH environmental compliance report
• Relevant compliance test reports for the Japanese market

We can provide corresponding testing and certification support according to the customer's target market.

Q6: How to ensure the product quality?

A: Each batch of orders is fully inspected before leaving the factory, including:

• Waterproof, wind-resistant, and UV-resistant tests
• Packaging integrity inspection

We can provide the factory quality inspection report.

Q7: What are the payment methods?

A: The regular payment method is: 30% advance payment + 70% balance (to be settled before shipment). We support telegraphic transfer (T/T), letters of credit and other methods, which can be negotiated according to the cooperation situation.

Q8: What logistics methods do you support?

A: We support various logistics methods such as sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (FedEx/DHL/UPS). We can arrange full-container or less-than-container-load shipments according to the customer's needs, and also assist in arranging door-to-door services.

Q9: What is the after-sales policy?

A: If there are quality problems due to our production reasons, we provide free replacement or repair services;
If the customer has any problems after receiving the goods, they can feedback within 7 working days, and we will handle it immediately.

Q10: Can you provide design support?

A: Yes. We have a professional design team, which can provide services such as umbrella surface pattern design and packaging design according to the customer's needs, and can also directly produce according to the AI/CDR format files provided by the customer.
